- Manufacture, modify, repair, and maintain dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and precision components.
- Perform precision fitting and assembly of tools, dies, fixtures, and machine components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Perform accurate measurement and inspection of components using measuring instruments.
- Carry out fitting operations such as filing, drilling, tapping, reaming, grinding, and deburring.
- Ensure proper alignment, accuracy, clearance, and surface finish during tool assembly.
- Perform tool trials and make necessary corrections/modifications.
- Identify dimensional or fitting issues and carry out corrective actions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams for tooling requirements.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality standards, and housekeeping practices.
