- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Robust knowledge of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data processes and system integration.
- Familiarity with SAP data models and workflows to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
