We are looking for a Full-Time E-Commerce & Social Media Executive for our showroom dealing in Ladies Suits, Jewellery & Bedsheets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage our Instagram account, including posts, reels and stories
- Create simple product photos/videos using a smartphone
- Upload and update products on our website
- Add product photos, prices, descriptions, sizes and stock
- Manage Instagram and WhatsApp customer enquiries
- Process and coordinate online orders
- Keep online stock updated with showroom stock
- Handle basic customer support, returns and exchanges
- Help increase online sales through Instagram and the website
- Maintain basic records of online orders and sales

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Good knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp
- Experience in e-commerce/social media preferred
- Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce is an advantage
- Valuable communication skills
- Creative, responsible and willing to learn
- Previous experience in clothing/fashion e-commerce will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
