Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, build brand presence, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing, campaign planning, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing activities (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment team for lead conversion.
- Build partnerships and explore new marketing channels.
- Manage branding, content, and company promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Lead Generation.
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
