Job Summary

We are looking for a Claims Processing Executive to handle US Workers’ Compensation claims, insurance verification, medical records, claim documentation, and follow-ups with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and review US Workers’ Compensation claims and payments.
- Verify insurance reimbursement as per applicable fee schedules/contracts.
- Retrieve medical records and supporting documents for claims.
- Prepare and submit claim packets and appeal documentation.
- Follow up with insurance companies through phone for claim status and reimbursement.




- Maintain accurate records and complete tasks within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any completed UG/PG Degree; Diploma candidates are not eligible.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Experience in International Voice Process, US Healthcare, Medical Billing, Insurance, or BPO is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and typing skills.
- Comfortable handling international voice calls and multitasking.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.

Cab Facility

- 2-way cab facility available within a 30 km radius of the office location.

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST | Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
