- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Connect with customers from the provided database
- Explain services/products clearly
- Maintain a skilled and polite conversation in English and in Hindi
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience
