As a Sales Assistant, you will support Facil India’s sales team with administrative and system-related tasks, including SAP data management, coordination with suppliers and internal teams, invoice follow-up, and preparing certification documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including administration, documentation, and SAP activities
- Prepare SAP orders / Internal orders from customer orders
- Maintain and update SAP data (part numbers, pricing, and master data)
- Coordinate shipments and manage follow-ups with suppliers
- Prepare reports, documentation,



and certification files
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with the quotation process

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/ Automotive Engineering graduate )
- Willingness to work on transactional / repetitive tasks within SAP
- First experience (minimum 1 year) in administration, sales support or purchasing is a plus
- Strong communication (both spoken & written) skills in English
- Meticulous, accurate and very strong administrative skills
- Friendly, communicative and customer-focused
- Team player
- Good organizational skills
- Stress-resistant and flexible mindset
- Positive knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
