Guest Relations Executive (Hospital) – Job Description

- Welcome patients and visitors in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with registration, admissions, discharges, and appointments.
- Guide patients and attendants to the appropriate departments and services.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital facilities and procedures.
- Handle patient complaints and coordinate with departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience throughout their hospital visit.
- Maintain effective communication between patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Follow up on patient feedback and work to improve service quality.
- Maintain patient records, feedback logs, and complaint registers as required.
- Support VIP patients and special cases with personalized assistance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, service standards, and patient confidentiality.
- Promote a patient-centric environment by delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
