Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed façade drawings including plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Develop shop drawings and technical details based on architectural inputs.
- Work on façade systems such as glazing, windows, cladding and related elements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to incorporate design requirements.
- Prepare material calculations and BOQs.
- Raise RFIs and maintain drawing registers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in façade design/drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD software.
- Valuable understanding of façade systems, materials and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- This requirement is for both Bangalore & Hyderabhad office

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
