Job Description

- Lead and support implementation of Wrench Smart IPMS across EPC projects.
- Understand and align system functionalities with EPC Project Management processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Wrench Smart modules as per project requirements.
- Manage and administer SQL databases, including data integrity, performance tuning, and reporting support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, SCM, Site, IT)



for seamless system integration.
- Provide user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end users.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Analyze project data and explore AI/ML-based insights for improving project efficiency and decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data governance, and cybersecurity policies
