Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create high-quality videos, Instagram Reels, promotional content, and social media videos for our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of food, restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle content with an eye for premium and visually appealing edits.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, food videos, restaurant walkthroughs, promotional videos, and event content.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Edit food and beverage shots with a focus on making them look premium, appetizing, and visually attractive.
- Create videos highlighting restaurant ambience, interiors, staff, events, dishes, drinks, and customer experiences.
- Add suitable transitions, text, captions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Maintain a premium and consistent visual style across all social media content.
- Work with the marketing and social media team to understand content requirements and trends.
- Create videos according to current Instagram/Reels trends, audio, formats, and editing styles.




- Colour-correct and colour-grade videos while maintaining the restaurant's actual ambience and mood.
- Edit footage shot in low-light and dark restaurant environments without making the content look unnatural.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final content properly.
- Deliver videos within assigned deadlines and make revisions when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, editing techniques, and F&B; content styles.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, social media content, or F&B; content preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form videos, aspect ratios, captions, hooks, and social media formats.
- Strong sense of timing, transitions, music selection, colour grading, and storytelling.
- Experience editing food, restaurant, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury/premium content will be an advantage.
