- Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces as per defined process parameters.
- Set and control furnace temperature, time, atmosphere and cycle parameters.
- Perform hardness testing using Hardness Tester / Vickers Hardness Tester.
- Conduct microstructure inspection using a microscope.
- Ensure heat-treated parts meet required hardness and metallurgical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain heat treatment process records, inspection reports and batch records.
- Monitor furnace performance and coordinate for preventive maintenance.
- Implement corrective actions for process deviations and non-conforming parts.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
