Key Responsibilities :
- Perform breakdown, preventive and routine maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, chains, belts, rollers and mechanical drives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors and compressed-air systems.
- Check and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units and air lines.
- Carry out machine alignment, lubrication, tightening and replacement of worn-out components.
- Support maintenance of Flexo Printing, Slitting, Cutting, Pouching, Laminating and other packaging machinery.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment in minimum possible time.
