Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Medical Officer – Non-Clinical to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be interested in a non-clinical medical role involving healthcare operations, coordination, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate non-clinical healthcare activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical teams and other departments.
- Review and maintain medical and operational documentation.
- Support healthcare operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors,



and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards.
- Handle other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- MBBS with valid registration.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Candidates with healthcare operations/non-clinical experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
