Key Responsibilities as Tele calling job in Irinjalakuda

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce various courses

* Follow up with interested leads in a qualified and friendly manner

* Understand customer needs and provide correct information and solutions

* Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment or sales targets

* Maintain and update customer details accurately in the CRM system

* Improve telecalling and sales skills through regular feedback and training





Eligibility & Requirements for Tele Caller job

* Available to join immediately

* Available Monday to Saturday,

* Comfortable speaking in malayalam

* Confident, polite, and eager to learn

* Basic understanding of customer interaction and sales is a plus
