Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI & SaaS)

Location: (On-site) Indore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development

of Nebverse, a next-gen AI-powered ERP. You will be responsible for architecting,

developing, and scaling a SaaS-based ERP system integrated with DeepSeek AI for

automation in HR, sales, and financial operations.

This role requires expertise in AI, cloud architecture, and scalable SaaS solutions. You

will lead a team of interns and junior developers to build a cutting-edge AI-driven ERP

system from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of Nebverse SaaS ERP

- Architect and implement scalable APIs using Go Fiber / FastAPI

- Work on AI-driven automation for HR, sales, and CRM

- Integrate DeepSeek AI (text, voice, and video interactions)





- Implement facial recognition & emotion detection for smart AI interactions

- Optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse for high performance

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Ensure security, multi-tenancy, and cloud scaling for Nebverse

- Train and mentor 12 interns on best development practices

- Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and system debugging

Technical Skills Required:

•⁠ ⁠Backend: Go Fiber / FastAPI (Python)•⁠ ⁠Frontend: React / Next.js

- AI & NLP: DeepSeek AI, OpenAI, LLM models

- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse

- DevOps & Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Security & Auth: OAuth, JWT, Role-Based Access Control

- Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins

Soft Skills Required:

- Strong leadership & mentoring abilities

- Excellent problem-solving & analytical thinking

- Eaective communication & documentation skills

- Ability to manage & work with interns/junior developers

- Strong decision-making for AI-based automation
