Requirements

Meta Ads Specialist (1 Post):

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads (not just learning)
- Experience with: – Campaign setup (Conversions, Leads, Sales) – Audience targeting (custom + lookalikes) – Basic funnel understanding
- Knows how to read: – CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA
- Has worked on real ad accounts (not dummy practice)
- Managed at least ₹2L/month ad spend

Technical Skills

- Pixel setup & event tracking
- A/B testing creatives and audiences
- Retargeting campaigns
- Budget optimization
