Job Purpose
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, ensuring deployment and lifecycle management of mobile devices
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot mobile devices, ensuring they are compliant with organizational security policies
• Implement and enforce mobile security policies, including encryption, remote wipe performed on devices
• Mobile device management best practices and troubleshooting
• Monitor and analyze device activity to detect and mitigate any security threats or policy violations
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of mobile device configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures
• Provide reports on device compliance, security incidents, and other related metrics
• Provide technical support for users with device-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Deploy and manage software applications, patches, and updates across all devices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for device management, security, and incident response
• Regularly monitor devices for compliance and generate detailed reports on device health, status, and security.
• Enforce security policies on devices, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Implement encryption, remote wipe, and other data protection techniques.
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and other endpoints using modern device management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
Duties and Responsibilities

• Engineering / Computer Graduate with 3-5 years of Information / Cyber Security Experience
B- Additional Accountabilities pertaining to the role
• Relevant Security Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc. preferred (Valuable to Have)

• Day to day actions (e.g., Policy Creation, Finetuning, Scheduling tasks).

Major Challenges
• Managing diverse device ecosystems including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and BYOD devices across the organization
• Ensuring endpoint security compliance while maintaining user productivity and experience
• Handling device enrolment, provisioning, and configuration issues across multiple platforms
• Managing security policies, conditional access, and identity integration with Azure AD / IAM systems
• Protecting corporate data on personal and remotely accessed devices
• Addressing OS compatibility issues, frequent updates, and patch management challenges
• Monitoring and responding to security threats such as malware, unauthorized access, phishing, and data leakage
• Troubleshooting synchronization, application deployment, and connectivity issues for remote users
• Maintaining compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
a)
Qualifications
• Engineering/Computer Graduates with relevant security experience of 3-5years
b) Work Experience
• Engineering / Computer Science Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security
• Relevant security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc. preferred (Good to Have)
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or MobileIron
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management
• Endpoint security and compliance policy implementation
• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with:
• Device enrolment and provisioning technologies such as Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP/ABM, Samsung Knox, etc.
• Application deployment, software distribution, and patch management
• Conditional Access policies and security baseline configuration
• Endpoint monitoring, compliance reporting, and troubleshooting
• Security policy enforcement for corporate and BYOD environments
• Familiarity with endpoint protection and security tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar solutions
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and endpoint hardening practices
• Experience in incident handling, root cause analysis, and remediation related to endpoint or device security
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
