Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 5+ Yrs Job Location: Pune Work Mode: WFO Employment Type: Full Time Role Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in niche technical hiring, IT Staff Augmentation, and internal hiring, along with excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Source and hire candidates for niche and specialized technical profiles. • Handle recruitment for IT Staff Augmentation as well as internal hiring requirements. • Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and project requirements. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and internal databases. • Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate suitability, and coordinate technical interviews. • Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, negotiations, and closures. • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS. • Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closures. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for frequently hired and niche technical skills. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.



• Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and closure timelines. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment. • Strong experience in technical and niche profile hiring. • Hands-on experience in IT Staff Augmentation recruitment. • Experience in internal/corporate hiring for IT roles. • Robust understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and market talent availability. • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. • Prior experience in IT recruitment, particularly technical hiring, is preferred. • Team-handling/mentoring experience is an added advantage. Smart & AI-Driven Recruitment: • Should have a smart, AI-driven approach to improve recruitment productivity and hiring outcomes. • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for sourcing research, candidate screening, market mapping, JD creation, and recruitment communication. • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to make day-to-day recruitment activities faster, smarter, and more efficient. Qualifications: • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
