Role Overview

A leading multinational FMCG company is looking for a sales professional to drive distribution, brand availability, and revenue growth across Kurnool and nearby smaller cities. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in FMCG sales, possess deep local market awareness, and have experience handling specialized product categories (e.g., Nutrition, Beverages, Baby Care).

Key Responsibilities

* Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory (Kurnool and surrounding towns).

* Manage distributor networks, key retail accounts, and local trade channels in the FMCG segment.

* Promote specialized product categories where nutrition and product awareness play a critical selling role.

* Identify growth opportunities, expand retail coverage,



and optimize beat/route planning.

* Track market trends, stock movement, and competitor activity within local markets.

Candidate Profile

* Experience: 4 to 7 years in FMCG front-line sales. Prior experience in Nutrition, Infant Care, Foods, or Beverages is highly preferred.

* Stability: Proven record of tenure stability (minimum 1.5–2+ years per organization).

* Territory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Kurnool's local retail topography, dealer networks, and distribution dynamics.

* Languages: Fluency in the local regional language (Telugu) and working proficiency in English.

* Skills: Strong distributor management, negotiation skills, relationship building, and execution capability.
