About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team in Pune. The role involves understanding customer preferences, providing personalized fashion recommendations, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and contributing to sales through effective styling, upselling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting outfits and products based on their preferences, requirements and occasions.
- Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations.
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Manage customer queries and provide effective solutions.




- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation as required.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in fashion retail, premium/luxury retail, styling, personal shopping or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling and current trends.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Presentable, confident and comfortable interacting with premium customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Work Mode: Work from Office / Store

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off | Saturday & Sunday Working | Rotational Day Shifts
