As we continue to expand our brand and digital presence, we are looking for creative professionals who can strengthen our visual communication across digital and offline platforms.About the Role We are looking for a talented and creativeGraphic Designer & Video Editorto join our Marketing/Creative team at our Bangalore Corporate Office.The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience ingraphic design, social media creatives, reels, video editing, motion graphics, digital advertisements, website creatives, and marketing campaigns .The role requires someone who can independently understand a creative brief and transform ideas into engaging, professional, and brand-aligned visual content.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging creatives for social media, websites, digital advertisements, campaigns, and other marketing requirements.Create and editreels, promotional videos, brand videos, short-form content, and digital advertisements .Develop motion graphics, animated content, and other visual assets as required.Translate marketing briefs, campaign concepts, and content ideas into effective visual communication.Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts, visual style, and overall brand identity.Edit raw footage, including sequencing, transitions, text, graphics, effects, audio, and basic colour correction.Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.Stay updated with currentsocial media trends, reel formats, editing styles, AI creative tools,



and emerging visual trends .Identify relevant trends and creatively adapt them to suit the HNS Gold brand and target audience.Coordinate with the digital marketing, content, photography/videography, and other internal teams for campaign execution.Manage multiple creative assignments while meeting agreed timelines.Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.Organise and maintain design files, video assets, templates, and other creative resources.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of relevant professional experiencein graphic design and video editing, preferably with brands, agencies, or digital/creative teams.Strong hands-on experience in creating social media creatives and video content.Proficiency in professional tools such asAdobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional software.Strong understanding ofdesign principles, composition, typography, colour theory, aesthetics, and visual hierarchy .Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, editing, and motion graphics.Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.Ability to independently understand briefs and convert them into compelling static and video content.Good awareness of current social media formats, digital-content trends, and visual styles.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.Added Advantage Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an added advantage:IllustrationCGI3D designAdvanced motion graphicsAI-based creative/design toolsOther advanced visual-design techniquesPortfolio Requirement Applicants should share aportfolio or showreeldemonstrating relevant graphic-design and video-editing work as part of their application.What We Are Looking For We are looking for a creative, trend-aware and execution-focused professional who can take ownership of creative assignments from concept through final delivery and contribute to strengthening HNS Gold's visual brand presence.Interested candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to apply through LinkedIn.
