Senior Sales Manager – Outbound Tours Dream Hunters Holidays is looking for an experienced and result-orientedSenior Sales Manager – Outbound Toursto lead our sales team and oversee daily operations at our Kochi and Trivandrum offices.Key Requirements & Responsibilities:Minimum5 years of experience in Travel & Tourismis mandatory.Minimum2 years of experience in a Team Leader / Managerial roleis required.Strong experience inOutbound Tour Sales and Holiday Packages .Responsible for achieving and managing theoverall team sales targets .Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.Manageday-to-day sales operationsat the Kochi and Trivandrum office.Handle escalations, customer issues and operational requirements effectively.Prepare and monitor sales performance,



follow-ups and conversion reports.Work closely with the Management onsales strategy, targets and business growth .Direct reporting to the Management.Willingness totravel within India and internationallyfor business-related work, meetings, events and other assignments.Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.Graduate degree or above is mandatory.Robust leadership, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills are essential.Must be highlytarget-oriented, disciplined and performance-driven .Salary: Starting from ₹50,000/month, based on experience and performance.
