Position:Training & Placement Officer(TPO)Department:Training & Placement DepartmentInstitute:Navodaya Institute of TechnologyLocation:Raichur KarnatakaJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamicTraining & Placement Officer(TPO)to manage the institute’s training and placement activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners. Coordinate campus placements, internships, career guidance, and pre-placement training for students.Drive placement initiatives and work towards improving student employability and placement outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and managecampus placement activities .Establish and maintain solid relationships withcompanies, recruiters, and industry representatives .Identify and invite suitable companies for campus recruitment.Coordinate the complete recruitment process, includingaptitude tests, group discussions, interviews, and selection processes .Organizepre-placement trainingon aptitude, soft skills, communication, resume writing, and interview preparation.Assist students withcareer guidance, resume preparation, and interview readiness .Coordinateinternships, industry interactions,



career counselling sessions, job fairs, and seminars .Maintain an updatedstudent database, recruiter database, placement records, and documentation .Prepare and maintainplacement MIS and regular reportsfor management.Track placement progress, offers, internships, and other student career outcomes.Coordinate with faculty members and academic departments for placement-related activities.Handle communication and coordination withstudents, faculty, management, parents, and recruiters .Develop and maintain long-term relationships with recruiters to encouragerepeat campus recruitment and industry engagement .Address student and recruiter queries and ensure smooth execution of placement activities.Qualification & ExperienceQualification:Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.Experience:3–5 years of relevant experience intraining & placement, campus recruitment, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or career services .Experience in aneducational institution/college or corporate recruitment environmentwill be preferred.
