We are looking for an experiencedHIM & Coding leaderto lead large-scale coding operations, ensure coding quality and compliance, and drive operational excellence across Health Information Management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-endHIM coding operations, including coding quality, productivity, accuracy, compliance and SLAs.Manage and develop large coding teams and coding leadership.Driveprocess improvement, operational efficiency and transformationinitiatives.Oversee coding backlogs, unbilled accounts, data quality and performance reporting.Partner with key stakeholders on coding, CDI, A/R and operational performance.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, coding guidelines and compliance standards.Drive continuous improvement,



innovation and best practices across HIM operations.Ideal Profile8+ years of recent acute-care HIM experience, with strong inpatient and outpatient coding exposure.5+ years of healthcare management/leadership experience.Experience managing alarge coding/coding reviewer pool .Strong knowledge ofICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, APC and MS-DRG .Experience in process transformation, shared services, reengineering or change management is preferred.RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS certification required.Solid leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
