The role involves PLC programming, troubleshooting, process automation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs for manufacturing lines.Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, Servo Motors & Drives.Troubleshoot automation, robots, SPMs, vision systems, scanners, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.Support commissioning, machine integration and third-party systems.Drive OEE improvement, energy saving,



low-cost automation and process improvement.Maintain PLC documentation and provide technical training to maintenance/operations teams.Work with vendors for automation projects and hardware/software requirements.Requirements:Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.Solid knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC & SINAMICS.Experience in PLC programming, Industry 4.0 and communication protocols.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).
