Implement and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
Design, configure, and optimize Zscaler policies and security configurations.
Monitor and analyse network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zscaler services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler solutions with existing security infrastructure.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding Zscaler products and services.
Stay updated with the latest security trends and advancements in Zscaler technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
Solid understanding of network security principles and practices.
Experience with configuring and managing Zscaler policies and security settings.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network and security issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Engineer) are a plus.
