Summary:

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Assist in the development and refinement of operational procedures to improve service delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand and address service impact and improvement opportunities.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management frameworks within cloud environments.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with service management tools and platforms that support cloud infrastructure operations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
