HR Requirement – Kavin Gold Properties

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate HR for Kavin Gold Properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-End recruitment & hiring

* Real Estate Sales/Telecalling/Managerial profiles recruitment

* Candidate sourcing, screening, interview & onboarding

* Build and maintain a strong hiring network

* Employee attendance, leave & time management

* Employee records & HR documentation maintenance

* Sales team manpower planning & HR coordination

* Daily/Weekly/Monthly HR reports & statistics

* Share HR & manpower-related insights/ideas with the Management

* Employee discipline, engagement & grievance handling

* Complete HR operations independently

Candidate Profile:

Looking for a proactive HR qualified who can independently handle the complete HR & recruitment process of a Real Estate company.

Location: Madurantakam
