About the Opportunity

Multiplier AI is looking for an experienced GMB Profile SEO Specialist to manage and scale Google Business Profiles for enterprise healthcare and other leading brands.

We are looking for someone who has solid hands-on expertise in Google Business Profile SEO, Google Maps optimization, Local SEO, and conversion-focused profile management.

The ideal candidate should have successfully managed 1,000+ GMB/GBP profiles and demonstrated a track record of improving local visibility, profile engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize 1,000+ Google Business Profiles across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute GMB/GBP SEO strategies to improve Google Maps and Local Pack rankings.
- Optimize business categories, services, descriptions, attributes, photos, posts, and other profile elements.
- Perform hyperlocal keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage bulk profile updates, verification, ownership, and profile information.
- Identify and resolve duplicate listings, suspended profiles, ownership issues, and Google compliance problems.




- Improve GMB performance including calls, website clicks, direction requests, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor local rankings and visibility across multiple locations.
- Manage local citations and ensure NAP consistency.
- Support local landing page optimization, schema markup, and local SEO architecture.
- Analyze GMB performance data and prepare actionable reports.
- Identify low-performing locations and implement strategies to improve their visibility and conversion performance.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to build scalable Local SEO processes.
- Explore AI and automation workflows to manage large-scale GMB operations efficiently.

- Required Experience & Skills

- 1–4 years of practical experience in GMB/GBP SEO and Local SEO.
- Proven experience managing 1,000+ Google Business Profiles.
- Demonstrated experience generating positive business conversions through GMB SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google Maps and Local Pack ranking factors.
- Experience with bulk GMB management and profile optimization.
- Knowledge of GBP verification, reinstatement, suspension resolution, duplicates, and ownership management.
- Strong understanding of local citations, NAP consistency, schema markup, and hyperlocal SEO.
- Experience tracking local rankings, calls, clicks, directions, leads, and conversions.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with SEO automation, APIs, AI tools, or workflow automation.
