Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Experience in financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Robust knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FI modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade activities related to SAP FI S/4HANA.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP FI applications to ensure system stability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
