- Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
- Initiate leads through B2B and B2C channels and leverage existing networks.
- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate effectively with prospects.
- Sell insurance products.
- Appoint POSPs/Agents.
- Maintain appropriate relationships with Agents/POSPs.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Experience in insurance sales.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Agents/POSPs.
