We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Associate - US Insurance (Voice) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice support, particularly in the insurance domain, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US insurance processes.
- Assist customers with queries related to policies, claims, and coverage options.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance needs.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain records as per company policy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in voice support, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of US insurance products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
