Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance to support complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver platform and related technologies to support application development and deployment.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
