Job Location - Tamil Nadu, Ramanathapuram District.
Role & responsibilities
- Act as regional services engineer of the assigned region
- Handle the Installations/Reinstallations of Equipment
- Troubleshooting and servicing the devices in timely
- Monitoring the customer farms and timely updating the farmers if required
- Provide training to the customer on device functionality and supporting tools
- Provide training to the customer on basic troubleshooting of devices
- Timely visiting the farmers fields and collecting the feedback
- Supporting R&D; activities
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers and colleagues
- Regular visits to the farms to enquire on farm needs.
Qualification, Experience and Responsibilities:
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree or any equivalent qualification required.
- 0 to 1 year experience required
- knowledge on shrimp cultures
- Valuable communication and soft skills
- Have understanding on supporting tools
- Willing to travel.
- Must have bike
