Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services that facilitate the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires understanding and interpreting customer needs to develop tailored business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with the client s requirements is a key focus throughout the day, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and reporting requirements related to SAP systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
