About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Community Manager to create an engaging workplace experience, foster solid client relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day community operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates from the Managed Workspace, Co-working, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Facility Management industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing member needs and resolving concerns.
- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, networking events, and member activities.
- Drive member satisfaction, retention, and community participation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage member onboarding and provide a seamless onboarding experience.




- Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and support teams for facility-related requirements.
- Maintain community MIS, occupancy records, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Community Manager, Customer Success Executive, Client Relationship Executive, Front Office Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in Managed Workspace, Co-working, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Facility Management is preferred.
