Our apps consistently rank in top 10 education apps in India with 1M+ users and 40M+ minutes of learning content being consumed every month. One of our new products, Zudo, is now India's fastest growing apps in the skilling / content space.

With a lean team of under 30 people working at the intersection of AI and learning, we are on track to cross 100cr in revenue run-rate in FY27.

Who are we looking for

We are assembling some of the smartest and highly ambitious individuals under one roof, to build a consumer-tech company that we can be proud of. This will not be a 9-5 well defined role, so if you're looking for one, you shouldn't consider applying.

If you are a driven management consultant / ex-VC or PE professional / Product Manager / Entrepreneur seeking a chance to make an exponential impact, this is the role for you. Working closely with the founder,



you'll have access to all the projects and initiatives at Airblack. From 0-to-1 marketing initiatives to building high-impact skilling products, you will experience all aspects of building and scaling a business.

What makes you a suitable candidate

- 2-7 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm, preferably with marketing / product / growth skillset [2-4 years for Manager, 4-7 years for Associate Director]
- You think in systems and are AI native. You can breakdown a problem into workflows with AI / Agents at center.
- Tier-1 college is a strong preference but not a filtering criterion
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills; passionate about startups and the tech ecosystem
- Ok with high rigor. This role will average 60 hours workweeks with high skin in the game / ESOP / best in class pay. If you are not comfortable going all in, this may not be the right role for you.

- Own 0-to-1 Initiatives: Be a leader and build new 0-to-1 initiatives and experiments across growth, marketing, product and operations.
- AI Native Problem Solving: We are select few companies in the country whose entire operations and strategy runs behind AI agents and workflows.



You will deploy agents & AI workflows and use the latest in AI to accelerate business growth
- Build and empower teams: From recruiting teams to coaching them on playbooks & culture, to ensuring the right goals are set and the right KPIs are being measured - you will act as a partner to making teams successful.
- Program Management: Work closely with the founders and key leadership to manage cross-team projects, monitor progress and KPIs and drive business and P&L; growth.
- Scaling Execution Playbooks: Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products to drive scale 10X.
- Strategic Analysis & Fundraising: Work with the founder on core company strategy & fundraising initiatives.
