Skills Required

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 15 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and PySpark.
- Implement and optimize big data solutions on Azure, leveraging Databricks and PySpark for advanced data processing and analytics.
- Proficiency in Azure data services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and database design principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) is a plus.
