- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
