Job Title: Application Developer - Web Methods BPMS

Role Description

As an Application Developer specializing in Web Methods BPMS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex business process management workflows to provide the necessary functionality for ERGO's IT services. You will also support application maintenance and ensure smooth deployment of workflows into the production environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain complex Business Process Management (BPM) workflows in Web Methods BPMS.

Conduct and implement module/component testing while providing technical documentation.

Provide technical application support and ensure system functionality.

Support the deployment of workflows into the production environment.

Provide updates on standard applications to other developers to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams for workflow optimization and improvements.

Ensure technical solutions are in line with ERGO's broader goals and objectives.

Previous Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Experience & Knowledge

5+ years of development experience in design, analysis, and coding, with a focus on bug fixing.

Strong technical background with experience in client-server programming.

Process knowledge of the insurance domain is a plus.

Experience with agile development methodologies.
