**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Bellman to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while assisting with luggage handling and guest movement throughout the hotel. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors to our property.

- Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
- Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services,



and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
- Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a polished appearance and skilled demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
- Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
