Job Description
We are hiring an experienced SDP/AIR Business Configuration Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the Telecom BSS and Charging Systems domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SDP/AIR Business Configuration, Charging Call Flows, Diameter Protocol, Gx/Gy/Sy interfaces, Functional Testing, and Wireshark/Trace Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and support SDP/AIR business and product configurations.
* Analyze customer requirements and perform feasibility analysis.
* Troubleshoot charging-related issues and support daily operations.
* Perform incident analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Support problem management and implement preventive fixes.
* Work with cross-functional teams on deployment, planning, UAT, and GTM activities.
* Perform functional and end-to-end testing of charging products.
* Analyze Diameter messages and SDP/AIR traces using Wireshark.
* Manage service issues and escalations while ensuring SLA compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
* 3–5 years of experience in Telecom BSS / Charging Systems.
* Strong experience in SDP/AIR Business Configuration.
* Good understanding of Real-Time Charging and Charging Call Flows.
* Hands-on experience with Diameter Protocol.
* Knowledge of Gx, Gy, and Sy interfaces.
* Experience in Functional Testing and UAT.
* Hands-on experience with Wireshark and SDP/AIR Trace Analysis.
* Experience in Incident Management, RCA, and Problem Management.
* Understanding of Prepaid and Postpaid Charging.
* Experience in Managed Services or Customer Operations is preferred.
* Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
