About the Organisation:

A rapid-growing technology company building AI-powered SaaS solutions for smarter, safer and more efficient warehouses. Its platform combines Digital Twin, IoT, AI, automation and real-time analytics to transform warehouse safety, asset management, compliance and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a sharp, CA-qualified Finance lead to lead our financial strategy as we scale into the DeepTech domain. You will be the financial custodian of the company — building robust forecasting models, owning compliance and audits, and partnering with leadership on strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modelling.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support fundraising, business planning, and investor reporting.
- Own and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance — both direct and indirect.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and monitor operational efficiency metrics.




- Partner with the leadership team on strategic finance decisions, including pricing, unit economics, and capital allocation.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing finance team.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with statutory audits and tax compliance.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to SaaS or DeepTech business models is preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
- High analytical aptitude and strong business acumen.
