*Position:* HEAD HR & ADMIN
*Location:* Mahim West, Mumbai
*Qualification:* MBA / PGDM in HR
*Experience:* Minimum 12+ Years
*Salary:* Depends Upon Experience
*Reporting To:* Director / GM
*Travel:* Candidate must be willing to travel to the Boisar plant as required.

⭐ *Key Skills Required:*
✅ Candidates should have exposure to Corporate HR as well as Manufacturing/Factory HR operations.
✅Solid knowledge of Labor Laws & Factory Compliance.
✅Experience in contract labor management and compliance
✅Good understanding of HRMS and HR reporting systems





*Job Responsibilities:*
Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of Head Office employees.
Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate payroll processing and monitor employee attendance.
Plan and implement training & development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
Prepare and monitor HR MIS, reports and HR analytics.
Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity.
