We are looking for a motivated and peopleoriented HR Executive to manage daytoday human resource activities and support the organization in recruitment employee engagement HR operations and compliance The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally Key Responsibilities Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close open positions Maintain employee records HR documentation and personnel files Handle joining formalities induction and employee exit processes Manage attendance leave records and support payrollrelated activities Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns Coordinate employee engagement activities training programs and internal events Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies Prepare HR reports MIS and other management reports as required Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information Required Skills QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 13 years of experience in HR or a similar role Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations Robust verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and problemsolving abilities Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance is an advantage Key CompetenciesCommunication interpersonal skills Recruitment talent acquisition Employee relations Time management Problemsolving Confidentiality professionalism Team collaboration What We OfferCompetitive salary Professional growth and learning opportunities Positive and collaborative work environment Employee development and engagement programs
