Job Summary:

Fortive is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow developer with a strong
focus on ITOM, CMDB/CSDM (Configuration Management Database/Common Service Data
Model), Application Mapping, and Vulnerability Management. This role is central
to supporting and advancing our global ServiceNow environment, with a particular
emphasis on ensuring the integrity, completeness, and security of configuration
data. Candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.

Candidates will work closely with architects, stakeholders, and external
partners to enhance workflows, automate processes, and ensure platform
supportability, performance, and upgradability. They will be responsible for
development, documentation, test plans and the transition of developed solutions




to our ServiceNow Operations team for business-as-usual support.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter ensuring CMDB data integrity and
support core ITOM and related processes across the enterprise. They are able to
work independently within a technical team and be comfortable operating in a

Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:

* Drive adoption and continuous improvement of ITOM, CMDB and CSDM, applying
robust controls to ensure configuration data quality and accuracy across
multiple sources.
* Design and implement ServiceNow Application Mapping to visualize and manage
relationships between infrastructure components and business applications.
