Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Executive - HR to manage end-to-end HR generalist activities with a key focus on HR digitalization, HRMS (SAP or related), payroll management, and HR analytics (Power BI & Advanced Excel). Candidates from Tier 1 Automotive Companies/OEMs with HR digitalization or HRMS implementation experience are highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Hands-on experience in HRMS / SAP or other related HR software
- Expertise in payroll processing, validation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit process
- Valuable analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication, presentation skills, and problem-solving ability

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience at a Tier 1 Automotive Company or OEM
- Experience driving HR digitalization initiatives, HRMS implementation, or digital HR transformation projects
- Experience developing and managing HR dashboards using Power BI for leadership decision-making




- Experience with process automation/improvement initiatives
- Team development / capability-building experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR digitalization initiatives and process automation/improvement through Digitalization Initiatives (HRMS implementation, Digital HR projects).
- Develop and manage HR dashboards using Power BI.
- Support data-driven decision making for management through HR analytics.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit process.
- Handle payroll processing, validation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel and support management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and resolve issues.
- Team development to build capability.
