We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Merchandiser to join our retail or product team. In this role, you will ensure that products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales and aligns with brand standards. The ideal candidate will analyze customer behavior, plan product placement, and collaborate with internal and external teams to execute merchandising strategies across various channels.
Merchandiser Responsibilities and DutiesPlan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company objectivesAnalyze sales figures, customer trends, and inventory levels to inform decisionsCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and store managers to ensure timely stock deliveryCreate visually appealing product displays and planograms to enhance in-store engagementMonitor stock levels, identify gaps,



and manage product rotations or markdownsConduct regular store visits or virtual checks to ensure merchandising standards are metCollaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launchesGenerate reports on product performance and inventory metrics for leadershipMaintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and seasonal shiftsMerchandiser Qualifications and SkillsStrong attention to detail and creative visual senseAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market dataExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentProficiency in merchandising software and retail analytics toolsFlexibility to travel to store locations or warehouses when requiredEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or inventory managementExperience working with retail chains, eCommerce platforms, or consumer goods brands preferredKnowledge of planogram design and supply chain operations is a plus
