FirstCry, a leading online retailer for baby and kids products, is expanding its delivery network to meet the growing demand for fast and reliable order fulfillment. We are looking for motivated Bike Riders / Delivery Executives who can act as the face of the company on the road, ensuring that every parcel reaches the customer in perfect condition and on schedule.

The primary focus of this role is to execute daily delivery assignments efficiently. You will receive a list of orders each morning, plan the most effective route, and set out on your personal bike or scooter to deliver each package. Timeliness is critical; customers expect their purchases within the promised window, and any delay can affect FirstCry’s reputation. Therefore, you must be adept at navigating urban streets, understanding traffic patterns, and adjusting routes on the fly when necessary.

Safety and product handling are non‑negotiable. Every item you transport must be treated with care, especially fragile or high‑value goods. You will be responsible for loading the correct items, securing them during transit, and verifying the contents before handing them over to the customer. In addition, you must follow all traffic laws, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain your vehicle in a road‑worthy condition.

Customer interaction forms a vital part of the job. Upon arrival, you will greet the customer politely, confirm the order details, and answer any basic queries they may have. If the order requires cash on delivery, you will collect the payment, issue a receipt, and ensure the transaction is recorded accurately in the delivery app.



Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor help build trust and encourage repeat business.

Beyond the core delivery duties, you will stay in constant contact with the operations team via a smartphone‑based delivery management app. This tool provides real‑time updates on order status, route changes, and any issues that arise during the shift. Promptly reporting vehicle breakdowns, address discrepancies, or customer complaints enables the support team to intervene quickly and keep the delivery process smooth.

FirstCry offers a structured compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 18,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. In addition to the base pay, you will earn incentives tied to delivery volume and punctuality, as well as a fuel allowance where applicable. Statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) are provided, and overtime opportunities are available for those willing to extend their shift.

The work schedule is a fixed shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week, providing a predictable routine for candidates seeking secure employment. While the role is physically demanding, it offers the flexibility of using your own vehicle, which can be a cost‑effective way to earn a steady income.
